Getting Started at Fetch, Play + Sip

We’re so excited you’re thinking about joining the Fetch pack! Getting started is simple, and we’re here to help every step of the way. Below is an easy, step-by-step guide to make your first visit smooth and stress-free—for both you and your pup. Before you get started, please note that all dogs must be at least 6 months old to participate in our services.

Step 1: Create Your Paw Partner Account

All new clients begin by creating a Paw Partner account, which is our online system for managing pets, vaccinations, and reservations. You have the option to download the Paw Partner app, or visiting their website: https://pawpartner.com/pz/dashboard/pz/overview/profile_id=2910129

Once your account is created, you’ll be able to:

  • Add your dog’s profile and photo

  • Upload vaccination records

  • Book services and appointments

(If online setup isn’t your thing—no worries! Our staff is always happy to help you create an account in person.)

Step 2: Upload Required Vaccinations

For the safety of all dogs in our care, we require proof of vaccination against communicable diseases. The following vaccines are mandatory:

  • Bordetella

  • DAPP / DA2PP (sometimes listed as DHPP or DHLPP)

  • Rabies

Important Note About Documents

When uploading vaccination records, please make sure the document:

  • Clearly lists each vaccine by name

  • Includes the expiration date for each vaccine

Many exam summaries show that a vaccine was given, but do not always include expiration dates. Unfortunately, we cannot approve records unless both the vaccine name and expiration date are visible.

Step 3: Schedule a Meet + Greet (Free!)

All services at Fetch start with a Meet + Greet appointment.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Takes about 10–15 minutes

  • Free of charge

  • Your dog is introduced into a pack setting.

    • If your dog is more timid or you think a more involved assessment is necessary, please mention this upon check-in. We can perform a 1:1 assessment prior to the pack introduction.

  • Our team observes temperament, play style, and comfort level

This step helps us ensure Fetch is a safe and fun environment for everyone. Please don't hesitate to request anything that would make your dog's first visit more enjoyable.

*In Paw Partner, click Make a Reservation > Training > Meet + Greet

Step 4: Stay + Play

If your dog is loving the vibe during their Meet + Greet, they’re welcome to Stay + Play right then and there! No extra trip required—just more fun for your pup.

Need Help? We’ve Got You.

If any part of this process feels confusing or overwhelming, please don’t stress. You’re always welcome to stop by our facility, and a member of our team will be more than happy to walk you through everything—from creating your Paw Partner account to uploading vaccinations and booking your first visit.

We can’t wait to meet you and your dog. Welcome to Fetch, Play + Sip!
